Multiplayer games to stay connected during quarantine.

Since we are all staying inside during the pandemic, it can be difficult to stay connected with friends. That's why 2020 saw the rise of multiplayer video games. Here are a few that I recommend playing with friends.

1.) Among Us. Play as a crewmate and complete tasks to win, but watch out, since some other players are imposters, looking to sabotage your ship, and literally stab you in the back. This game is perfect for fans of deduction games, and with proxy chat added to the PC version, you can have conversations while deceiving your friends.

2.) Phasmophobia. Fan of  Ghost Hunters? Then this is the game for you. Play with your friends while you navigate haunted locations while trying to figure out what kind of ghost your dealing with. Watch out when your light starts to flicker, because of the ghost catches you, then you'll join it. Available on Steam.

3.) Club House Games: 51 Worldwide Classics for Nintendo Switch. This is a personal favorite of mine. Play, as the title suggests, 51 games from around the world, including Chess, Go, Chinse Checkers, President, and many more. You will need a Nintendo Switch as well to play online, but it is worth it to demolish them in toy soccer, or outsmart them in Chess.

Random Thought: an Anti-Karen Restaurant

Everyone who has worked in food service knows that Karens are the worst. They confront you about the littles things (sometimes for no reason at all), they belittle you at every opportunity, and they are constantly asking to see the manager, hoping to see you punished for just doing your job. The worst part, you have to take it all without the slightest hint of sass, or else your the bad guy in your employer's eyes. But what if you worked at a restaurant that would not only take your side, but actively encouraged sassy behavior? That's were my idea comes in, "The Haven from Karen Dinner and Grill".      Inspired by a Hungarian  restaurant from State College, PA, that would paddle guests that didn't finish their food; this Dinner's staff is encouraged to finish every customer interaction with a bit of sass. They are encouraged to welcome every guess with a sarcastic remark like "welcome to Haven From Karen, would...
