One struggle that I've had has been staying fit while in lockdown. Recently, however, I found a solution, Tae Bo.
I found a lot of old Tae Bo videos on YouTube, so every afternoon after my classes are done, I bring up YouTube Tae Bo videos on my TV and work out to the video. I already feel much better physically and mentally since starting to work out again, and I suggest you try looking up Tae Bo videos as well.
